SALT

“Salt” is a tremendous load of action scenes, but unlike other action movies, this has the sense to keep matters moving along at any cost. An adrenaline shot of international spy games, “Salt” convinces more with its sheer velocity than its enigmatic story, which is positively alien in matters of logic, physics, and hypnotic characterization. It’s a big, barreling popcorn adventure lugging around one element that helps to sustain its entertainment value and enhance its screen magnetism: Angelina Jolie.

Leaping around the frame, Jolie makes a fabulous impression. Without much of a dimensional character to work with, the actress turns Salt into a feral beast of a warrior, able to defend herself from any threat while maintaining perfectly glossed lips. “Salt” has a tendency to get lost in the mayhem, but Jolie does an excellent job keeping the picture alert and compelling. **review By Brian Orndorf

UFC 118

Frankie Edgar really dominated Bj Penn....he's getting better and better with his striking and putting a lot of combinations...i haven't been a fan of frankie but now I am...Bj Penn really sucks...defending his legacy?...he should be defending his face first...Frankie defining what a true champion should be...Congrats to you...

The Expendables

Another movie that I really, really like is "The Expendables"...action-packed with a pinch of comedy...the action scenes were so breath-taking that u feel like ur there right at the battle scene...i like how it focuses on all the characters rather than focusing on either Sly or Jason...I also like Jet Li's character...funny but lethal in combat...even Randy Couture...wow he can really act...Terry is a bad-ass weapons specialist...his role fits him well...Mickey Rourke...ur one of the bad-ass actors that I really like...and not playing a role of a villain also suits you well...Iron Man must be jealous not to be in this movie...Dolph..just hearing ur voice scares me...good job on giving the extra spice on the movie...

Hachiko, A Dog's Story

I watched this movie recommended by my officemate and started getting interested about it....Imagine a dog waiting for his deceased master to come out of the train station..sitting on the same spot where he always waits...everyday for the last 10 years and died on the same spot too...it's is so touching and very sad...I wish people could have that sense of loyalty to their loved ones, may it be their husband or wife, a friend, colleague....if a dog can do it why not humans...right?... I cried starting from the middle part until it ends...it's so unbelievable that he could do that...and he's a dog, remind you that...I wish I could have a dog like that....10 years?...wow...that's definitely a good proof of the quote " A Man's Bestfriend "...I think this movie should get a reward or some kind of recognition coz its so full of sense and meaning to life...Hachiko is an angel sent by God to remind us once again that all is possible if you put your heart into it...love is not just being together but rather, sharing each moment with a smile...we only live once and we should make each day a special one to our loved ones coz u never know when all the smile will go away...atleast when ur gone, ur loved ones will still smile when they think about you...reliving the fun memories u have with them...

Mockingjay

Finally, I got a copy of the final book of "The Hunger Games", MOCKINGJAY. I was so excited to get my book that I picked it up at lunch break and started reading it....unfortunately I didn't get a free tshirt coz I made a late reservation...but anyways, the book is much more important....Starting from Chapter 1, the book didn't disappoint me and now I'm at Chapter 7....It's hard not to continue reading coz it messes with your momentum....This book really deserves a praise coz it's worth every penny....Can't wait to see the movie produced by LIONSGATE...there are no actors yet..the director has not been picked yet but there is a draft of the script made by Suzanne herself..... it will definitely be a huge hit and it might even be at the same level as The Harry Potter movies...worth anticipating...
